Benefits of Eating Red Meat
10th Aug 2022

The heme iron in red meat is easily absorbed
by the body. Red meat also supplies vitamin B12, which helps make DNA and keeps
nerve and red blood cells healthy, and zinc, which keeps the immune system
working properly. Red meat provides protein, which helps build bones and muscles.
Of course, not all meat is created equally, therefore, to reap the benefits of red meat it’s definitely worth investing in grass fed.
Conventional meats are full of hormones and
bacteria, synthetic feed and not often raised in an environment of health.
Cows, as humans can feel and sense fear. Fear
creates cortisol in the body, anxiety etc., which in turn creates inflammation
(often seen in those with a large belly?).
Foods today are often the cause of many of our
ailments. Anxiety, depression, migraines, ADD, ADHD, obesity, most all caused
by “manufactured” foods and excessive fake sugars. These synthetic foods
deplete us of valuable and necessary vitamins and Minerals.
Because of these toxic foods we feel bloated
but never really full. Hence, we become, what we perceive as hungry shortly
after.
Organic foods generally are a little more expensive. However, in the long run not. You see, when we eat manufactured foods, our brain does not know what to do with it. It’s not getting the message that food has been eaten. When the brain is triggered with REAL food it begins processing that information and proceeds to go to work. Generally, after about 20 minutes the brain has acknowledged the food and calms the need for more and turns off the switch.
When eating processed manufactured foods, the brain never gets this signal, the switch is never turned off. Therefore, your stomach does not recognize it’s been fed.
Here in the USA especially, many people are
over fed and under nourished. When the body is not given what it needs to
function it will gradually begin to break down. Hence, the very sick population
we see today.
It may not always be possible for some to eat
healthily. Therefore, we need to provide adequate, very important and necessary
supplements to help our body and brain.
Being on a budget buying Organic and Grass Fed Meats may be hard, therefore, let’s try to eliminate those BAD foods and reduce our daily food intake. Below are some of the absolute worst foods for our body. Eliminating these will put you on the right path to doing what’s best for you.
